Refund Policy
30-day returns
EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, articles 102 onwards). At AxiPop we extend this to 30 days from the day you receive your order.
How to return an item
- Email us at diamantemiguegpt@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you want to return it. You can use the withdrawal form below if you like.
- We will reply with the return address.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, with all its parts and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered. In that case we cover everything: just email us a photo of the problem.
Refunds
We will refund the amount you paid, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of being notified of your return, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item (or proof that you have sent it) before refunding.
Import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs are not refunded by AxiPop, as they are collected by the customs authority, not by us.
If the item is returned with more use than needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value.
Legal guarantee
All items have a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. If your item arrives faulty or breaks, email us and we will offer a repair, a replacement or, if neither is possible, a refund.
