1. Parties

These terms govern purchases on this website, owned by Miguel Pérez Gómez, Tax ID (NIF) 79381680D, Calle Héroe de Sostoa 31, 29002 Málaga, Spain, trading as AxiPop. Contact: diamantemiguegpt@gmail.com.

2. Products

AxiPop sells plush toys, toys and merchandise. Each product's features are described on its page. Images are for illustration and there may be small differences in colour or size.

3. Toy safety

Our toys carry the CE marking required in the European Union. Before giving a toy to a child, check the recommended age and the warnings on the packaging, and remove all labels and packaging. Purchases on this website must be made by adults.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency. Payment is taken at the time of purchase using the methods available in the store.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide for free. Usual delivery times from order confirmation:

  • Spain and the European Union: 7 to 14 days.
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 25 days.

You will receive a tracking number. If an order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. If there is a significant delay, we will let you know and you can cancel your order for a full refund.

6. Import duties and taxes (outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United States and the United Kingdom, may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our price and are paid by the customer on delivery. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

7. Withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Guarantee

Products have a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

9. Liability

AxiPop is not responsible for damage caused by using a product other than as described on its page, its packaging or its instructions.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For any complaint, email us and, where applicable, contact your local consumer authority.
