How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free. Spain and the EU: 7–14 days. Rest of the world: 10–25 days. You'll get a tracking number by email. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Will I pay customs fees?
Not within the EU. Orders to the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by your country on delivery. These are not included in our price.
Is it safe for my child?
Our plush toys are made of soft polyester with PP cotton filling. They are not suitable for children under 3 years old because of small parts. Always remove labels and packaging before giving a toy to a child.
Can I wash my Axi?
Gentle hand washing in cold water with mild soap, then let it air dry. Squishies can be rinsed with water and dried with a soft cloth.
What if I don't love it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover everything. See our Refund Policy.
